Passionate about cooking and therefore good food, I was able to quickly find that making a simple and effective daily eating routine was the solution to avoid the frustration of restrictive diets and to be able to keep it in the long run in today's society that requires us to do more and more with less time than ever !
Using nutrition and sport wisely helps everyone maintain or restore the balance of their body.
I attended a training in medical physiology anatomy completed in Lausanne with a training in nutrition obtained with mention "Excellent".
